The current image processing tools are designed to perform their processing locally in your web browser rather than uploading image contents to our application server for processing.

3. Your files and content

You remain responsible for the images and other files that you choose to process using the service.

You should only process content that you own or are otherwise authorized to use.

Using Image Toolroom does not transfer ownership of your files to us.

You may not intentionally attempt to overload, disrupt, damage or misuse the website or its supporting infrastructure.

Image processing may change file size, dimensions, format, metadata, transparency, image quality or other technical characteristics depending on the selected tool and settings.

You are responsible for reviewing generated files before relying on, publishing or distributing them.

We recommend keeping an original copy of important files before processing them.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, updates or circumstances outside our control.

7. No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that every image, browser, device, format or processing operation will produce a particular result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Image Toolroom and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

This includes losses resulting from damaged files, unexpected processing results, loss of data or interruption of service.
