1. Overview

Image Toolroom provides browser-based tools for compressing, resizing and converting images.

The image processing features are designed to run locally in your web browser. Images selected for processing do not need to be uploaded to our application server.

2. Your image files

When you use the Compress Image, Resize Image or Convert Image tools, the selected image files are processed on your device using browser technologies.

The application does not intentionally transmit the contents of those image files to our server for image processing.

Generated image results are also created locally and remain on your device unless you choose to save or otherwise share them.

3. Technical information

Like most websites, the infrastructure used to deliver this site may process standard technical information required to provide, secure and operate the service.

Depending on the hosting provider and configuration, this may include information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic or security logs.

4. Accounts

The current version of Image Toolroom does not require you to create an account in order to use its image tools.

5. Web analytics

Image Toolroom uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Real User Measurements (RUM) to help us understand website traffic, performance and how visitors experience the site.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured so that the RUM JavaScript measurement is not injected for visitors identified by Cloudflare as being in the European Union.

This analytics configuration is separate from the technical information that Cloudflare may process when providing hosting, security, DNS and content-delivery services.

If additional analytics, advertising or consent-management technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Cookies

Image Toolroom does not currently use cookies for user accounts because the service does not require users to sign in.

If advertising, additional analytics or other services that use cookies or similar technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanisms will be updated before those technologies are enabled.

7. Third-party services

Image Toolroom uses Cloudflare infrastructure for services such as hosting, content delivery, DNS, security and web analytics.

Third-party infrastructure providers may process limited technical information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy practices.

8. Data retention

Image Toolroom does not maintain a server-side library of the images that you process through its browser-based image tools.

Technical and analytics information maintained by infrastructure providers may be retained according to their operational, analytics and security policies.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service changes, including when new features, analytics, advertising or third-party services are introduced.

The date shown at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
